Nice job boys. We were there as well early bite then it was hit or miss got some nice silvers 16-20 inches and 2 nice Browns. Lots of boat traffic shuts the bite down in a hurry. Fish on!

Getting scales and blood in the boat on the annual shake-down is always good!
That's a good opener!

Decided to do Shelburne Bay this am. Got out on water around 7. Went 2 for 2 with a nice fat 20" on the second one. Both from around the dolphins in 35 to 50 fow and 25 down. We had the place to ourselves until I called Fishmonger in.

Pat was in the outer bay and moved into the shallows after the homeland security shakedown. He apparently decided he couldnt outrun them with the Alumacraft so we didnt get to see a chase. They finally let him go after what seemed like a half an hour - so they either couldnt find the contraband or he bribed them off.

Nice video of the shakedown catch.

I also fished Town Farm Bay from 6:60 am to 4:30 pm. with Fish Fanatic.
Boated 6 salmons, released 3 no bleeders. Keepers were 21, 20, 18".

It was a beautiful day on the water, first suntan of the year.
Lost a pancake weight, broke a rod, lost 2 planer board clips, kicker motor quit working, got 30 yards of line tangled in the prop.... hey... it was another nice day on the water.
