salmon question???????????

Wondering if someone out there could give me a little insight on salmon movement. I know they move north in the summer looking for cooler water so at what time do salmon return to the southern end of the lake? by southern I mean Port henry/ Westport area is it later in the fall or not till ice up? Im only wondering because i'm trailing to Westport right now and running north toward split rock right now when I go out please help me out and thanks in advance chad (cpmaple)
