Great news - we've completed our quota for the Main Lake with a total of 21 fish collected! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed samples today. Your support is absolutely essential to our research.

Stats from today's collection:
  • Total fish donated: 11
    Male/female ratio: 4 males, 7 females
Clip status: 1 fish with LV fin clip, 10 unclipped
Empty stomachs: 7 out of 11 fish
Size range: 15 to 21 inches
April Collection Update:
  • Main Lake: 21 collected (quota complete!)
Inland Sea: Still need 8 more samples to complete our April quota
Where to find me next:
Due to the strong winds forecast, I will NOT be collecting samples this weekend. However, if you catch salmon in the Inland Sea, please reach out to me at 216-973-4183. I'll resume collection efforts next weekend, focusing on getting those final 8 fish from the Inland Sea to complete our April quota.

Happy Easter everyone!

Figured if you went way south you would finish the quota quick. Nice work chasing the bite!

Let me know if you do this again it can be done in one fishing trip.

Thanks for the study Graham, we are looking forward to the results!!!

Fish on!
