Another sewage dumping by Burlington
On WCAX today is another report of Burlington releasing sewage into Lake Champlain caused by a power outage. When is Vermont going to start fining cities who's plants aren't up to par. If it was a private company, they would be fined until brought up to meet demand. It's very frustrating to keep seeing this continuing.
