No fishing on Champlain!!
The border is close between the US and Canada. Border is open only for the commercial goods.
So no fishing on Champlain until further notice.
Be safe!

Even by boat you have to report to customs so I will be refuse even on water, even if I promise to not touch land.C-Hawk wrote:I wonder if you boat through customs at Chazy?
Not exactly the best time to try to play smart with those officers and imagine the distance to do on the water!!!

Re: No fishing on Champlain!!
What a bomber. Snow is almost all melted home and I was targeting to get boat out of storage early April. Fishing in Quebec won't start until mid May, and with border now close, there is no incentive to get boat ready soon.
I even had my vacation trip to Dominican Republic cancelled next week
Lets all be careful and keep good faith we'll all make it safely against this virus.
