Who saw this on the VT F&W facebook page?
30 inches long, 10.9 lbs. Caught in a trapnet by biologists in Hatchery Cove off the mouth of the brook.

I saw that on FB and thought is was probably Hatchery Cove.
VT F&W rocks!!!!
Did anyone see the monster kyped out male LL that was caught there recently? A real monster!!!

Just lost a similar sized one at the Hole today. 5 seconds after the hookset, I was into backing and the fish was still going. A few seconds later "pop" gone...saw him/her rolls after the hookset and it was just as big if not bigger than the 10 lb hen in September.

Was fishing from my kayak in front of the hatchery brook last Satuday morning and saw several LARGE salmon rolling and cruising under the kayak in the shallows. It's really nice to see one like this.
