This 15th annual event ranks up there as one of the best. And the reason I say that was there was more salmon landed in years by the fleet and with a purpose of helping our fishery out Graham and his group processed 10 live fish with transmitter implants and 9 additional fish for the Diet Study. It's very safe to say Randy and his crew landed the most salmon at 7 from the fleet. Congratulations Randy and crew!

We focused on South launching out of Arnolds the first 3.5 hours from Arnolds to Diamond on the Vt side. Then pulled em to fish south of Split where Randy was doing very well and others. We finished with 4 live salmon 15/16/17/19" and 2 Lake trout. Our best showing in years for salmon numbers in this event. These 4 were brought in and are back swimming with transmitters in them.

Congratulations to the 2 very nice salmon (21 / 22.5") brought in by our winner Ron Dusablom and runner up Daniel Leclair! Very nice 4 lb class fish!
