No Registration
Gentlemen's Start From Port of Choice
Confines of Lake Champlain
Fish From Sunrise with 1PM weigh in at Point Bay
Come By Water only
1-20 inch minimum Landlock taken while trolling
Heaviest fish weighed on the same scale wins
No spawning period dark salmon Please.
Bring food to share at Barbecue

Well here we go,
Permit in Hand and we will be at Point Bay Again.

We will use the alternet date as weather date to be called at the last so pay attention as the date nears.

Choose your teams and scout out the lake. Prepare for a great day of Fun!

We have taken some Very nice salmon this year.

There is ample bait and the Lamprey program has provided some very handsome and weighty 20-21inch non spawning females as of late.

We look to return to Frostbiting of past years with 4-4.5 lb fish being our Cookie Cutters and maybe a Brookie even thrown into the mix











There presently is good launch water at Ft.Cassin-Big Otter and Arnold Bay.

Planning on fishing the shootout in a few weeks. Can we launch at Point Bay if this is where the after party is? Thinking about getting food etc over there trying to keep things warm and limited room on the boat. Thanks for any info or guidance you all may have! Looking forward to it!

Come by water only per Point Bay. Launch and parking at the marina is closed to all traffic including season pass parking folks. Otter creek is the closest launch. If anyone can keep their legal salmon alive in their livewell or put them on ice Graham will be there to collect diet study samples from your fish for November.

Don’t have to be warm food, we are in the same situation and have brought cold salads like potatoe,mac or pasta,make a dip and bring a bag of chips or even deserts like a tray of brownies or cookies,just a few ideas for ya.

Thanks for the ideas. It will be nice to meet and talk with you guys. I like to fish Champlain and also I belong to a camp in Orwell NY and started to troll the Pulaski to power plant zone this year. Hoping to try out the brown trout program over there next spring. Looks like a number of you play that game.
