Haha! I ordered one each for a trial. First trial wasn't a success but nothing else worked that day either except a silver dodger and peanut fly. That's fishing. So many spoons and stick baits in the boxes that seldom get wet any more. If I only knew early on what I know now I wouldn't need so many tackle boxes! Good luck to all.
See you on the pond!

Pat. I feel for ya. If I could put hooks on the wife’s shoes and they worked on salmon I could fish the rest of my life and never run outta tackle!

I’ve called her Emelda many times and she doesn’t know why:)

Fish on!

That’s funny Matt! I have been calling the wife that for decades, I thought I was the only person in VT who knew who Marcos is what she was famous for(other than leading a country).

Ha ha ha!
That's beautiful, Mistress. I was hoping somebody would pick up on the humor, and I hope Jeff and Todd do too. But if the dear lady who has all the shoes also owns a rolling pin do have care who reads these threads. My friend Dan Doubleday reports his bride has one made of granite...OUCH!!!
Actually on receipt of my order I am glad Todd talked me into springing for the gold cupped version. That green and yellow color scheme alternates very nicely with the gold twinkle. Women have been known to make similar remarks about their trinkets too...But now we're talking the real budget busting glimmer of gold. "Honey, how much do you love me?" And NO you CAN NOT just say it with flowers!!
Still haven't heard back from Dipsey how many he bought either. Could be his wife does in fact subscribe to this message board as well. Mum is sometimes the magic word, as in loose lips sinking ships...Or worse!

The check is in the mail, Todd. With no provision for C-Hawk to co-sign. Let me know if that complicates the matter.
Another friend, Terry Langford always had his wife cash his check. And then the one time he showed up in person the bank charged him with forgery.
You guys probably think I make these things up. But as Elmer Fudd would say. "It's twue, it's twue."
Heh

Oops
Hadn't noticed this thread had bloomed into two pages. Looks like while I was penning a reply to Pat's post, Dipsey had fearlessly come clean about his purchase. And Mssr. Flint claims I am cracking him up but methinks he doth laugh all the way to the bank!
I do love it though when a thread gets a life of it's own and turns into a gab fest.
Good humor
Thanks, Jeff
