I spent hours trolling all over the place on the lake and have a hard time catching a fish.
No way I will ever catch anything standing still over a 4" hole

I think the ice will improve after this cold snap. I checked ice on local small lake yesterday and it is not ready yet, sub zero temps will really help it out
