Re: FROSTBITE SALMON SHOOT-OUT 2012
do you have to fish out of a boat? i know some really good casting spots for salmon and a buddy won last year in the all season for may with a 7lb salmon he caught off shore. would be funny if a shore fisherman won.

Sorry to say that the SmellsLikeFish crew will not be able to attend as originally planned. My little girls Popwarner cheer team qualified for the New England Championships and I gotta be a good daddy.
Good luck everyone, I hope to see a lot of pictures.

When I looked at the weather for saturday, It doesn't look nice as Sunday. Who will take the decision and when.
Re: FROSTBITE SALMON SHOOT-OUT 2012
I would say only 30mph winds sustained would Break it to the next day.
you know I'd take a load if it was called cause someone could fish it
The fishing Channel Westport to Essex has fishable areas in most winds.
Please only fish to your ability and don't endanger your crew if in doubt.
I'll be up early and usually don't sleep the nite before ...."more excited than a kid at deer camp"
Rain, sleet, snow Ahhh thats Frosbiting I'd worry more about the Barbecue!
