Got out for a few hours yesterday afternoon after all the FLW & B.A.S.S. competitors had their wack at the lake. I tried to avoid areas that I thought that they would pound. Only caught 8 keepers in about 4 hours. Senko & drop shot worked. Tried a swim jig (Mop Jig) with various parts of plastic as trailers, but no bites. Surprisingly the shakey head was not effective. Instead of small shakey head worm I did use larger creature baits (Bass Times article)
Please excuse the bad photography. It has been a while since I took pics by myself.

Thanks for the report Bob. Nice sized bass, nothing wrong with 8 bites in four hours with that kind of quality.
Got bass thumb?

Nice SM, surprised you got that many with so much pressure on the Lake right now. Thanks for the looks.
