hey Hudson river trollers......Any reports this year? I heard it was a tough last two weeks from one source.

The bite has been really good for last couple of weeks in the Kingston area. All of us in "The Big Dawgs" fishing club ( Flashpoint, The Pesky Pole, Fishing Cowboy, Cloud Nine, Soggy Bottom Boy & Myself) have been doing Very well. We have all boated some fish in the mid to high 20lbs, a few in the mid 30lbs and 2 monsters 44lbrs! I have even boated to small sturgeon this year! some days have been harder than others but fishing remains good with some days of 30 plus fish coming to the boat. If I could ever figure out My smarter than me smart phone I would post some pixs!!!...maybe some of the other boys will add some...
