Coast guard ramp Burl

Post by Wdrnr »

Anyone know if the CG ramp in Burl is open for our use I know earlier this year there was some discussion about getting ticketed . Didn't know if off season was open for use.

Coast guard ramp kiosk is wrapped in plastic for the winter so it appears to be free for use . Launched here today after looking at the regular Burl city ramp. Talk about un inviting signs abound for business parking only. Didn't appear that there was much in the way of trailer space any where nearby. Pretty disappointing for a town the size of Burlington.

The city of Burlington & for the most part the state of Vermont only wants you to use there ramps for your Kayaks anyways....not much of a ramp or parking needed for them!!!
