There is a nice kit if you have any leaking rivets on you're boat:

Or go to your local boat shop that sale aluminium boat,they have (seal) pop rivet. just use 3m 5200 sealer et voila the job is done. Alain

Last year I used the green epoxy sticks form cabelas, and I think I later saw the same stuff at the Old Fishing Hole in Morrisville, VT. I cleaned the area, heated up the rivet with a small butane torch and rubbed the epoxy around it sealing the rivet. It worked very well.
I did have a missing rivet that I repaired by cleaning up the hole with a drill bit, tapped it, filled it with grey aluminum repair, and quickly threaded (with lock tite applied) a stainless machine screw into it. I sealed it over with the green epoxy just to finish er off.
This frog rivet kit looks like it could work fine too.
