Glad they did. Hell, next thing they would be using trot lines and gill nets. Let's keep it a sport.

B.A.S.S. has the correct response and solution.

Now if you use the NY three rod rule and Alabamba rigs and a boat with 4 to 6 fisherman on it.... I bet you can cover a lot more water at one time than a gill net.

Yes we should keep the sportmanship in the sport of fishing.

NY fishing regs allows up to 5 baits or lures per line or tip-up with a limit of 15 points on your hooks. The Alabamba rig might be real lethal in NY.

Lake Champlain is excluded... special regs.
