Banana Bread???? On the Homewrecker

Dean and I launched the Homewrecker on a very cool Wed morning. We started by defrosting the steering bracket wich was about 13 degrees with nice warm Converse water about 37 degrees. It took a few buckets but eventually she loosened up. Both motors started right up.
We could not get the big one to piss and the throttle cable was frozen, so we trolled out of Converse with the pony. We had an eerie mist blowing off the lake all day. Steady north with about 1 to 2 foot freshly capped waves. Nothing the Homewrecker could not handle. But it did make for some cold hands at times in the back of the boat. We had a slow start and eventually found some action between split and the unicorn. After 5 Salmon and a couple of lakers I broke out a freshly baked loaf of DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD
! Dean immediately accused me of bringing bananas on board. I tried to defend the bread saying it was not Bananas. It was bread. I think the fish gods sided with Dean. The rest of the day was a very tough bite. The menu was rounded out with peanut butter crackers, Deans homemade potato soup, smoked venison sticks and some home made white Chocolate and peanut butter cluster cookies. Sorry obout the Banana bread Dean, but it sure was good toasted in front of the heater. Next time we will do Zuccini.
The good news is I think the rice trick worked on the camera. Unfortunately the computer would not let me load them. It was telling me that I am out of memory on disc c. But I have cleaned up disc c and for some reason the it does ot want to recognise it. Sorry no pics. Thanks again Dean for another wonderful day on the lake!
