It got rough and we ended the day 5 for eight. Lost the last one at the net. My bad.

Boated a 32+ king and a nice 13 lb coho.

Here is a fly that has caught a bunch of kings including two more this evening. It started out as a howie Kringle green but it worked even better as it looks now.

Good luck and I think you are going out just at the right time. My son called me yesterday and asked me if I was going to bring my boat out this week. He said there was at least 50 boats following each other around in front of the Salmon River and they were all catching fish.

I haven't decided if I am going as yet. My hand is still hurting after surgery. Maybe when I get the stitches out tomorrow I will feel more like going.

The fishing has been great. We have limited out everyday but one. On several days we were releasing a few fish. 2 for 5 this morning.
If you feel well enough the fish are here.
