Aboard the Boat Stuffed Turkey Burgers

1 package of ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
salt & pepper
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 package of Borsin herbed cheese, or use, Blue or Gorgonzola
Mix the top ingredients together and form into a thin patty
Add a Tablespoon of your selected cheese.
Top with another patty and pinch edges together to seal.
Toasted Hamburger or onion rolls.
Sweet red bell pepper relish. I like Howard's
Oil a hot grill and have at it.
