Port Henry
Port Henry
Started fishing at 8:30. Put crazy Ivan auto pilot on and 5 minutes later 20 inch silver. Caught 2 more on the auto pilot all were 20 inch plus. all on down riggers planner boards didn't work for me today. Ended up with 8 silvers. All my luck was at the bridge. I made one pass in the bay and never had a hit so I stayed on the main lake. Down riggers were set from 6 to 15 feet down and 130 ft to 150 ft back. Surface temp when I left at 1:30 was 59.2 and 15 ft down was 51.9. The biggest silver was 15 ft down 22 inches long. Other lures that worked were watermelon speedy, stinger boy girl, stinger copper/orange, stinger monkey puke/chart. head. It was a nice day on the pond.

Re: Port Henry
When you are fishing under the bridge shorten your leads, 10 down 5 to 10 back.... Increase your catch 3 to 1.

Re: Port Henry
We did mark some small groups of bait at around 30' down. Did mark some fish following below the bait but really not much. Trolled from Cumberland head down to nearing Port Henry and maybe marked 5 good sized fish the whole day. Most at or near the bottom nothing much higher than 30'. Not a regular day on LC for sure.

Re: Port Henry
I marked a lot of bait fish and larger 15 ft to 30 ft just north of the bridge. I caught a double going threw bait with larger fish around them. One was 17 inch and the other was over 20 inch salmon.
