Fair haven this week
Fair haven this week
Just returned from 5 days in Fair Haven, fishing got better all week, yesterday was simply awesome. 45 fish landed, mostly browns, a couple coho's, one spring King, and one we are unsure of, looked like a steelie but brighter pink, and not nearly as many spots, gray backed, stiff tail....Pink Salmon maybe? I will post pictures when I get a chance...alot of 8-10lb browns yesterday. Very good fishing. Blue/Silver Yozuri was by far the hottest lure in both boats all week, followed by a copper/silver sutton run on the rigger, black and silver did well, and so did purple and black. At one point yesterday it didn't really matter what you had out, the fish were there, and very active...8 rods spread left us with only a couple rods in the water a few times...Alot of fun....was very nasty over there this morning, so I came home to bring the oldest to camp for youth turkey weekend. Have a blast if you go....it's on fire.

Thanks for the report.
Lucky the ones that could make it there.
I really want to give it a try sometimes.
