Venison is my most favorite thing to cook! Here is a quick and easy yummy recipe.

*Boil & drain 1 box elbow macaroni
*Brown 1lb venison sausage in pot with olive oil (can use burger.. but the seasoning in the sausage enhances overall flavor)
*In large pot combine 1 cup milk, half cup sour cream, hot sauce to desired heat, a few splashes of Worcester sauce, and half stick butter. Wisk until melted and combined.
*Add 2 cups (+ or -) cheese of choice and mix well.
*After above is good and melty add sausage and mix.. then add macaroni and mix.
*Dump ingredients into casserole dish. Top with dusting of bread crumbs, additional cheese and french fried onions.
* Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes uncovered until heated thorough and browned on top.

I tend to be a throw in and not measure sort of cook so above portions are only estimates! :P

WFW,

I tried this recipe out for Thanksgiving. I made the regular M & C and a batch of this using LazyCs goose sausage. The folks at diner really liked the added sausage. Excellent.
