I spent about 1/2 hour searching without any results.
He was scheduled to be in court August 22 but I can't find anything after that.

Lost a bunch of money and the right to fish for 3 years.
Was it enough of a penalty?

I think 3 years is good. If I lost my license for 3 years I'd go mad. Hell, if I lost my license for even 3 days I'd go mad.
