with digitrol, water was calm with a small chop, took a ride to sloop and buzzed the
ferry, then headed to cannon pt, set up and was working on the riggers and
got a laker, reset and after 20 minutes got a salmon, 99 ft down 4ft up on a cheater.
what a shock perch speedy got the salmon, silver db smelt got the laker, the laker was 87 ft down, then I got bored and seein it was 12.:30 it was time for the
shallow run!!!!got set up east of seagull rock and hit the shallows, got by the rock
headed west and the rigger fires, grab the rod and the battle raged, fish never left the water, slid it in the net and got reset, 20 minutes later a 30 inch laker who
was not starving, same spot as the salmon, got, three more small salmon and headed home, had the salmon officially weighted at big river for basin derby
26 inch 7.87 lbs nice clean fish, was cold out but thats what we live for,fish
