This was just sent to me by LOU

a new law hit the waters of New York State effective immediately. This legislation authorizes an individual to angle for fish with up to 3 lines in freshwater.

They did not updated the Regulation paper since the law was voted.

My understanding thru several sources is NO, we cannot fish three rods on Lake Champlain.
