SWEET AND SOUR FISH.

I found this in Great Lakes Angler Magazine and thought I'd give it a try.
I'm thinkin' it'd be good with any fish. In the recipe, the author uses Lake Trout.
I grilled up some salmon for it and found it to be pretty dag-um good.
Cathy served it with white rice and green peas.
Left-overs turned into "SWEET AND SOUR STIR-FRY" for lunch the next day.
