High Thrust Props

I just picked up a new kicker and am thinking about changing out the factory 3 blade prop for a Solas high thrust 4 blade. I have read that installing one on a motor that isn't geared for that style prop can really tear up your lower unit. Just looking to see if anyone on the lake is running this prop on a non high thrust motor.

A motor has an rpm range it likes to run at, just make sure yours is not outside that range, the throttle control may not be much at lower rpm.

P.s. Saw you in the boat Tuesday running south in the IS headed under the sand bar causeway. She looked Great!!! New paint is Awesome...
