You know how to make us drool!
Will they take your flies?

There is one Matt! Put on by the St Lawrence River Walleye Association. It's right out of my home base of Waddington. This year they held it on the same day as the DYP. They hold two more later in the year out of Massena.Reelax wrote:Way to go Paul... Maybe you should organize a spring walleye tourney up there!!

Not sure. They haven't posted the results. Here's the link to their home page:

Don't know if they'll hit flies or not. I'll have to give it a try and find out. Jim at Tamiron gave me some tips on Honeybee patterns that are popular with Lake Erie guys who troll them for walleyes. Apparently, purple & yellow combinations are the ticket. I'll be giving those a shot too.Popster (Bill) wrote:Paulie

Caught my first walleye of 2013 on Saturday on the St-Lawrence near home, at least I didn't get skunked
