There is one Matt! Put on by the St Lawrence River Walleye Association. It's right out of my home base of Waddington. This year they held it on the same day as the DYP. They hold two more later in the year out of Massena.

Don't know if they'll hit flies or not. I'll have to give it a try and find out. Jim at Tamiron gave me some tips on Honeybee patterns that are popular with Lake Erie guys who troll them for walleyes. Apparently, purple & yellow combinations are the ticket. I'll be giving those a shot too.
