Westport 8/30
Cancelled 2 day trip to Lake O due to crazy temps and seas and decided to fish Champ today.Had fair amount of action, final count 2 keeper size silvers 8-9 dinks, and 1 nice steelhead.Found 48 degree water down 50’ some areas saw 52 degrees down60’Steelhead came on a Northeast Trollergreen meany 100 size and both silvers ate a CI morning glory silver back. Not fast and furious but heck of a lot better than getting beat-up on Lake O

Nice fish! I keep holding out on another Lake Ontario trip myself. Crazy conditions lately. Hoping to get out there next week weather permitting.
See you on the pond!
