I think there is something on my cable that I never seem to have in the right spot . Anyone use these ?

Those look very interesting… I would also like to know if anyone uses these? I seldom have issues with the beads. But this looks totally foolproof..

I have some in my spare box but don’t use it but my friend does and iw works. What is the problem with the beads? I never encounter problem?
