Not sure if it true, but i heard that the building was sold to someone that is going to put a fitness center in there.

Don't know Ben or Dockside from a hole in the wall. I do know that when I called to order some Crazy Ivan lures last year, the store was obviously extremely busy. I spoke with Ben, he took my order, took my address, and told me to call back when I received the lures with my credit card number. The lures arrived 3-4 days later. I called back and gave him the information.
I live in northern Maine, never seen Champlain, and have never set foot in that shop. Damned good customer service. I was getting ready to place another order.
