Good Day at the Office

Post by popster »

A perfect autumn day on the pond with my fishing partner and Grandson, Dylan. 4 Salmon and a beautiful
4 lb 6-1/2 oz Smallie. Smallie hit a Crazy Ivan Statue of Liberty. Salmon preferred the Blue Moon and the CI 3-Stooges series.
Fleas are almost history and the water temps were 57° down to 40'

Huge Smallie Bill! Never landed one that size! Everyone talks the talk of 4 lb bass but never placed on the scales. A true 4 lb fish! Well done my friend!

All the Salmon were from the same mold. Identical 16" chunkies, no fin clips. 1 yr in the lake. Nice to see and hope they make year # 2. 1 on Slide Diver with medium ring, out 80' which was down about 20-30'. The other 3 were 20-35' on the Riggers.
Randy, lunch was Myers Montreal Spice w/Mont. Spice Cr Cheese!
The Bass took a couple of minutes to get it back together before re-entering the lake.
Personal best Smallie for Dylan and the nicest Bass to come aboard Pointer
See yous at the Shootout.
Look out Mr Durbrow!
