Marking all sorts of stuff between 45 and 65 feet kept fishing down there with a cheater kept missing so I assumed they were hitting the cheater put the downrigger at 29 feet and that’s where I got the salmon. Didn’t get any hits between 45 and 65 feet. 80 to 90 feet of water

Lotsa lakers off providence, catching them 25’- 45’ in 60-110 FOW. No salmon though. And all are stockers. Would be catching a lot more if it wasn’t just me!

Better not let that 70gal tank in that thing get too close to empty... These days $350 bill at the pump for that boat could happen... ouch!!! :?

Nice to see some salmon coming from the Outer Bay! Good job, Big Bear!

It costs me a lot more to get TO the water than it does to fish for the day. That's the trouble with living 1/2+hr from the lake.

Nice! Good to see a little salmon activity this year in the Outer Bay. It certainly is one of the spots on the lake to provide a great mixed bag opportunity through June! Now, it is time to play with the toothy critters in here.

Could not entice any this evening. Surface temps 72-74 so I think they they are close to heading for deeper water. Was like this all evening, marking stuff from 35-70’ and most around 55-60’ had one hit we missed and that was it.

Do you know what the temperature profile looks like in the Outer Bay, Big Bear? My last trip to the Inland Sea the water temp was 60 on the surface and 57deg 75' down! The other day my buddy was out by the Cowbanks and had the same temps. He picked up and headed north to Hyde Pt and had to run his probe down 90' to find 55deg. I hope the 'sea settles into it's normal pattern pretty soon. The fishing has been pathetic with the temps all messed up.
