Salmon at the sandbar

Hi every body
Is there some people who went to the sanbar recently?
How is the salmon fishing there

I found it to be pretty good Memorial Day weekend. You gotta search for the bait, but when you find it, they are there. Found ours 25-30 ft down in 40-60 fow. 3 on riggers and 1 on a dipsey diver.

We fished the inland sea 3 weeks ago and we had a few hits. I reeled one in half way and the salmon started jumping out of the water. I’m guessing it was at least a 24”-26” fish. So they are in there! You may not get a lot of action because of the lack of lake trout but when the salmon hit they can be big!
