Our Friend in the Hospital.
Hello everyone,
I usually try really hard to only post things in the appropriate sections of the forum according to subject. However, this time I think it's important that the more people we can get to read this, the better.
Jim asked me to post this on here:
"I unexpectedly received a pacemaker on Sunday and am going to in-patient physical therapy for about 2 weeks (or less). Lures will be shipped by order dates. We’d like to let our customers know they should submit their orders soon, to ensure that the items they want are still in stock. Stock reductions online are automatic; however, stock replenishments are not. Thank you for your patience. And tight lines to all forum members!

I realized after I put this up that some new people might not recognize the Tamiron name if they're new here.
Tamiron Sporting Goods makes Honeybee lures. I'll be putting an order in soon.

I wish Jim well and a speedy recovery. I have looked at his website and see the honey Bee spoons come in different sizes. What is the best size for Lake Champlain and best order info to fill out? I have only bought about 8 of different Crazy Ivan so far at my local sporting store, but would love to try Honey Bees too.

Oh no! Get well soon, Jim!
I have good luck on Lake Champlain salmon with size small and MP6.

Re: Our Friend in the Hospital.
Us as well. In fact, in a conversation Jim and I had a short time ago, he says if you want to catch a bigger salmon, use a smaller spoon.
The thought is, that the big ones are more lazy than the speedy smaller ones. They often hang out below the other ones, and take the more opportunistic approach of gulping down a smaller bait fish that strays their way. So, a smaller lure will often times net you a bigger salmon.
Jim says he has seen evidence of this inside the stomachs of the bigger ones he has caught over the years.

Thanks for reaching out with the update.
Best wishes Jim, and thanks for all the advice and support. I'm eager to get out on the lake with my new collection of Honeybee's and start testing them out !

I do not exaggerate when I talk about fishing - I underestimate, like I say "just one more cast honey, then I'll come home" !
