I checked Shelburne bay access today. It's still locked in but the river has started to flow and the ice looks soft. Open water is still out past Allen point.

I am checking the Coast Guard station tomorrow and planning on hitting the water in the afternoon at converse. If nobody posts the Coast Guard ramp conditions, I will as soon as I can.

Mallets Bay is open. Launch is clear, but no docks yet.
