Anyone able to get out on Caspian the 1st day? Or is it still locked up? Was there March 5 before the Covid-19 started and the ice was getting pretty soft then. Any info appreciated. Thanks
PMs are ok

The ice is finally gone on Caspian. I talked with a guy that was fishing Willoughby 2 days ago and he was breaking new ice first thing in the morning. The northeast kingdom lakes are still cold even though some have not had ice for a month.
