Well, I don't think I've spent a finer Nov day on the lake than yesterday; warm, sunny, no wind - Ahhhhh - that is except for the lack of fish - tally for the day was 1 - laker.

After last Thu w/Scott, I was sure the season was "on"! - so much for what I think - started where we caught the fish last week - not only were there no fish, but all the bait had taken a powder too! Finally found some good bait balls over on the VT side, north of the "hump" off Potash Pt in 85-100 FoW, but only one release - ?????????

And while I don't see anyone else posting great #'s, it doesn't help the hurt - looking at Fri or Sat - that's if the wind stays down.

Did stop in to see Matt - good news - he's going home tomorrow.

thanks for stopping ed the smoked salmon was great. did you notice another boat in that area yesterday. a freind di very well with the salmon nothing big but a busy day for him. he posted on facebook not on lcu.
