Anyone have any updates on how Converse looks now? Is it still open? I think Homewrecker and I are heading that way in morning if it is...

Ditto.

Me and timcarpe should be there - probably after 9 or well after 9. Hoping we don't need a tow w/ 2WD. Will have some sand. Wind mid-day is looking a little more than I would hope for without a cabin of some sort. But not as bad as the last trip out for sure! :)

I can't imagine undoable ice could have formed with yesterday's wind- although the science of it is that water can be liquid down to 28 degrees F and only become solid when "agitated" and I think that wind agitated it a bit LOL

Hope to see a crew and I wonder where my tow strap is?
