Dec 9th

Post by Crazy Ivan »

Fished south today looking for cooler water, Bullwagga Bay was 36 with lots of bait and no fish, the bridge area was 40 on the nose and loaded with lakers. Landed a bunch on chartreuse and silver speeds 90 back on mini disks. No salmon though.... It looked perfect for salmon but no takers, next trip out I will try elm point and a little further north.

The night I brought the new boat home I parked right beside the old boat so they could talk things over so the new boat knew exactly what was expected of it...... I guess I should have listened closely to what was said!!!

Todd;
Glad you got that area covered

I'm out with the Two Daves tomorrow...Werle & Henderson . Sure should be a few laughs.

And I'm fishing on Jud's schedule for two weeks :D

See you all soon like 15 hours...but who's counting and yes the boat is already hooked up too.

Lunch tomorrow Barbecue Beef, Coleslaw & Beans......

Sounds like it would be good to have a methane powered kicker motor

I took a look at my 2010 and 2011 calenders and saw that this week the last 2 yrs we did good in the deep water on the NY side across from Elm Point. Plan on fishing from Barbers to there on Sat.It seemed as though we were catching till the water dropped to 36 then we had to run North to find the extra deg or 2 up by Split Rock. Scott

Did you ever think about the feelings of the old boat? Possibly the old boat shared some wrong & bad info with the new boat because it knew it was being dumped & replaced. I heard they are sometime a lot like women, they can be vindictive.

I hope your still not keeping them too close together. :lol:
