I was delighted to see that they took extensive measures to clean the entire vessel at Fort Edwards to prevent dragging invasive's into Champlain! They set the bar high for others to follow...although I would still like to see the Champlain Canal closed.

Karl...the entire building of the ship, from the first cut of aluminum to the delivery to Lake Champlain is in the blog link that Popster posted.

Got it now, thanks.
Interesting build, with lots of glitches along the way, and apparently some cost-overruns from the initial $1.7 million allocation...but, Middlebury of course has the big bucks...plus got grants.
Now, has does the gentry schedule a ride?
