First trip ever to lake ontario this past weekend. went 3 for 7 kings on saturday, and 4 for 8 on sunday with 1 steelhead. arrived to mexico point boat launch on saturday around 11 am, waves were wild 6-8' we waited to around 1pm for the waves to die down went out when they got around 4'. ran 2 dipsy rods and 2 downriggers all releases were on dipsy's on saturday, 1- 14lb and 2- 20lb. kings landed. on sunday the lake was really calm, same setup as yesterday, 1 release on rigger landed a 26.5lb king, and 7 releases on dipsy, 2 kings around 20lb and 1 steelhead 12 lbs. Don't know if it was a banner trip but we had alot of fun and man those things can fight. we fished 118-120 fow, dipsys were out 220-300. riggers were down 90-110', speed was 2.4 to 2.7 gps. i will try to post pictures from my i phone.

these colors worked best on spin doctors (Mountain dew crush, frogga, and green crush) followed by 22 inches to the fly, best fly was hammer glo, then green hammer, and pro-am (all Atommik's)
