Bummer Gene, but sounds like you have good stuff happening! I was nervous about fishing in the weather Saturday and Sunday does look like the day to fish. Thanks Dean, Bill and Matt for getting me set up with another partner so quickly! I have been in touch with D A so we're good to go.

Great tournament and a successful safe day on the water. Thank you bill and Dean for your direct assistance in helping me get into this tournament. Rupert rodbender was a great partner to fish wish. F/V GATOR was snapping at the fish today with good success. The big one was just too intimidated to get to close to the gator. Next tournament we'll have to sneak up a little better on the monster salmon to snatched him up in the jaws of the GATOR. Fun day guys! Thank you!

Dean and Everyone I met at the DYP today - Thanks for a great day!

A special thanks to Raz for fishing with me and for being kind enough to head-butt my first salmon EVER into the boat for me since the scrawny net I had wasn't doing the job.

My next project is to get my main engine up and running so I can see more of the lake. It ran great on muffs this morning but once at Champlain... nada. We ended up putting around with just the kicker. Always an adventure.

I learned a lot and had a blast.
