Lamoille Vengance

Post by plantstone »

Back after a 0/2 with lunkers lost
I know where to pull in salmon with the crew, but I got business to attend too 8-)
A morning to myself :P :P :P Fun watching boats zip by....
Lines set up at 6 AM, pulled @ 8:30
Fished 20-60' outside the lamoille, water temp from 45-48
Went 4/4, 3-4 lbs and feisty!
First was on the slide diver, down 12, with a nice Honey Bee that loves to pull in salmon
Image

Next 3 came on rigger, down 16, back 50' on my DYP table prize...., last years produced too!, Chev Chase silver.n.orange!

Beautiful morning, lucky to be out !!!

My daughter (then 14) /had/ to pick out a half dozen or so of those in some crazy colors at after Vinnie D. waxed eloquent a couple of years ago. Dang if she didn't get hits on 'em!

Forrest,,,awesome! Great report from an area that should have already turned on! A great area to fish as there is a great chance of picking up eyes as well!
As always...love your pics of fish on the stones!
Catch and serve with lemon.
