IS afternoon cruise 3-18
Busted the boat out of its warm and cozy heated garage it lived in all winter yesterday. Fired right up! Dragged Big Ben out of the shop at 2pm and headed to the IS til sunset. Water temp at one point reached 50 in 3fow (I have pic proof if someone calls bs ). We caught a hog and watched it flop off the line behind the boat! Was a fantastic day to be out. Towed the boat afterwards to my mechanic to get my new no feedback steering system installed!! Good luck to everyone this spring. Better get out and enjoy the IS while you can before it turns into another Malletts Bay!

Nice to hear you both on the water. Next time you will get that big fish! It was nice to have you both in attendance at the last workshop.
Thanks!

<--- is JEALOUS!!! Little lakes down here near me are still iced in though Bomo is open for biznass. Going to uncover "Camoboat" this weekend and get it ready for the water. This summer weather in March is totally insane!!
