Crown Point Bridge

Post by Crazy Ivan »

Got out with Fathead for a Bridge run. Launched at Port Henery and set up north of the bridge. Trolled back and forth from Red can to Red can for toooo long with only a couple of dropped lakers. water was 40.9 in some places. Trolled north along the shore of the Vermont side, in Owls Head bay we landed a nice laker and around the corner heading to Elm Point we dropped an other one. total for the day was 1 for 5 all lakers.
# 2 rainbow needlefish, # 2 copper and red Needlefish, Copper and orange hitech, were the lures that worked.

Boy that's a purty bridge
Thanks for the report, we're planning a camping / fishing trip to Crown Point again this year.
Usually about the first of May. Maybe a little earlier this year
We'll be watching for your reports
