The demo by Thorny and Bill was very well received and we discussed afterwards making this a regular event at our workshops prior to the free drawing. We all learn as a group and there was some good observations and question and answers. Well done Bill and Rob.

Another great event, a big thanks to Ron and all that helped make it such a good time. Maybe we should have a mid summer workshop as the salmon fishing slows...we could have it out side like at Sandbar Park with a byob (bring your own BBQ) after with our families involved so they can see that we are not the only ones and that fishing can be a family event....ANY way thanks Ron, great time every time!

A great time once again. Thanks again to Ron and Vermont Home and Marine for hosting.
This was the last of of this season so that means spring is nearly here.

Hats off to Bill and Rob. These two guys are always willing to share and help fellow fisherman. They're a tough act to follow.
Good people!

Great bunch of folks...all of you!

Good words, dean-wrecker. Good ideas.

I was sorry to have missed it this time other than about 10 minutes via live feed (which was sort of cool, BTW).

LOTS of faces I recognized and disappointed to have not chatted with cas, drag'n, Pat, light-and-animated, Raz, et cetera, et al. The Taping Sessions have been a most enjoyable social event for me. I learn things every time and feel blessed with the friendships I have been privileged to develop through the Champlain fishing community.

btw- I was intrigued by surprise's Lowrance trade-up post a while back. Seeing homewrecker's HDS-5 in operation at the DYP started a ball rolling... I don't really have it in the budget but if either my Eagle 480 sonar or 640C sonar/gps dies the HDS-5 or HDS-7 is the obvious replacement (even though I prefer grayscale sonar; the HDS-5 is the first color unit I have liked). Congrats fishdawg!

What can I say? Better every time.

Best bunch of people I know getting together and sharing anything that they know about salmon. Lots of laughs and stories....Hard to beat that!

Thanks Ron, Vt Home, Ludo & all Contributors. :D

Another one in the books. Thanks Ron and Jim for hosting the event. And thanks to all the donors for their support.
I believe Paul (Voyager) gets the award for traveling the longest distance.
Here's the link to the InvisaSwivel/Leader Wire site for those that couldn't make it last night or didn't get any of the samples.
