Nothing in here tells me that motorized boats have right of way at launches.
Page 8 says no vessel has the "right of way", but lists some rules that apply.

According to philb, from a different post, the Converse docks weren't in as of yesterday (28th). He mentioned that in a fishing report. Fred

As of today, still no docks at Converse bay. No idea why they cannot install at least a temporary dock until they find time to repair the broken new one..
