Latest video (32 minutes) with the owner doing a deep dive showing all the new features of the App in depth:

I have added a second tablet so my guest facing backwards in the port comfy recliner seat can track their own diver now.

Testing the new Smart Troll App at the Niagara Bar this week using two tablets. One for my guest to track his Port rigger and the two Starboard divers with Fishhawk for the rigger. This gives a lot of flexibility for more eyes for each side to watch and adjust during a key bite or making changes in real time!

Met Steve at the service center fueling up on I-90. They were fueling up their truck pulling a hard top 22' ft Islander returning from Catfish Creek. He also is a tester for Smart Troll and was using 2 tablets like we were on the trip! What are the odds?

Is this some commercial enterprise that keeps getting bumped to the top? For three years

No it's not..Just a chronological history of the evolution of this very useful tracking system for me. The reason it's bumped to the top is adding new information instead of creating a new thread with the latest update with the new App. I know of 10 people using it now in our area. It's a great tool for tracking your divers. Once you start using it never can put a diver in the water without knowing where it's running with currents and boat change of direction in waves. Not a commercial endeavor Jump. Useful information for this category it's in "Salmon Tactics". The owners of this site have no issue with it. The goal is to help people reading it.

If I had to characterize this tracking system we use for our divers it has the same "wow" factor as an Autopilot. A must have!

Unfortunately fish hawk has gone off the rails with their prices, while they make a good product and they are great people, you can catch plenty of fish without a probe, pay attention to rigger cable angle and bend in your diverrods to get your speed correct .you can take your fish hawk and throw it in the lake.if you have the money to buy a fish hawk, then absolutely get one, but if you don’t, you can catch plenty of fish without one . We fished the little boat all last year with no fishhawk and caught plenty of fish
